• Terms - all orders are charged at time of order, we make everything by hand and Do Not change orders, charging your account when supplies are pulled for your items to be made. This is standard handmade item policy. No REFUNDS or returns

• Shipping: Within the Continental USA, flat rate based on order size using USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Outside the Continental United States shipping is Global Prioirty Mail with Tracking and Insurance. We use boxes that are acceptable for every country's size & weight regulations. Our S&H is fixed, based on packaging materials needed for your size order, courier fee for our location and actual shipping cost including tracking. No matter how many times we ship to you in order to complete your order, the amount is fixed, you will not be charged more or less. We ship as items become available. We never alter our S&H fees.

• Refunds: We do not accept refunds under any circumstances. If a items arrives damaged, we will pay to have it shipped back and either: replaced or fixed if possible. Even after years of use, if a item should come apart as a result of our workmanship, we want to know about it and fix it. We make all of our items by hand and they are not returnable. Please be certain before you buy. This is standard handmade item policy.

• Delivery Date: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery within the Continental USA and 3- 4 weeks outside the USA. All orders ship USPS. There are times that we run behind on a certain style due to high demand or B/O of supplies for that product, you will be notified and given the option of an exchange in style, size, the option or waiting after given the approximate delivery date or in some cases a refund. We will never guarentee delivery time frame; only give you a approximate date. Please be patient and remember our products are not made on a assembly line and we think your customers will appreciate the difference a little extra time makes.

• Coupon Codes: Only the coupon codes listed on-line on our site work on our on-line shopping cart system. If you have a circle of friends code or another code given to you it must be used manually through email or telephone to our studio at 757-894-0720


Hair Bows: Are all made to order by hand in the USA and cannot be changed or altered. We will make a hair bow special for any sweater you see that doesn't have a M2M bow. Please ask? All our bows have double hospital grade latex bands, giving you the tools to make the most desired Top Knot look. They will also last for years in this quality. Please NEVER use or sell metal hair clips for dogs. My best friends yorkie named Angel died this past year after ingesting her hair clip. Metal clips come apart very easily, even the highest quality ones, and can become a serious choking hazard, as all dogs love to chew. We know of 2 other dogs that have thankfully lived, but had very expensive, scary surgery after chewing on their hair bow. The reality is you will not always be watching your pet; it isn't worth it.
*We will show you below how to create a easy, gorgeous look with a double band. Always start with fresh hair and a extra grooming band or child's latex hair band. (very cheap). Use this to gather hair for the first time, making your look more secure, easier to remove and protect your precious bows. When you walk it back in the 2ed step less of a poof to create this is where you place the first band from your hair bow. Just slightly above the first groomer band. Make sure It isn’t over the first. This will make for easy removal later or easy changing of your hair bows. Placement of the 2ed band on bow (3ed band) is them easy when you fold hair over to meet, use this band.

*To remove, gently pull bow from hair, being cartful not to break hair. It should slide off it gathered and groomed well. Then try to remove grooming band by same method, if not possible, take a pair of scissors and carefully cut band (these are cheap and can easily be discarded if needed) Being careful not to cut your dogs hair. Or you can leave the grooming band in and just change bows.
*If your bands should ever come off, we can send a replacement to be sewn on, or you can send it back to us for repair. These are HIGH quality hair bows, made to last for years of use.

*Options:Our Color options, button options and ribbon options on some of our items, do not change the price of the sweater. Also all of our sizes are the same price, with the exception of our size L/XL being a additional $12 per piece

*Payment: Visa & Master Card (Cash/transfer) accepted, Checks & Discover & AMEX can be accepted through Paypal. Please pay email woof@boutiqueofpaws.com listing the sweater purchesed.

*Privacy Policy: Boutiqueofpaws.com absolutely respects your privacy. *Custom Orders:Custom work can be done by Kelly for a one time flat rate fee of $150 for the pattern, then $50 a hour. No matter how many pieces you order. We can make anything you can dream up. We love working with you and always have a special project going on for fashion shows or special events. XXS & L are custom orders as well as a color change or additional legth or width added to any existing style.
